You probably have a TPS and yes you can reenter with your parole document after being quarantined.

Not now but yea in the future when your daughter is 18 years of age and meets the residency requirements. Consult with an immigration attorney.

Child support is not income, however, alimony is. You may also use 5/1 rule and utilize any deficiency by showing the saving amount.

Yes, the stamp is the temporary evidence of your LPR status. You are allowed to travel and reenter US after a short visit abroad.
