If you file for AOD package the advantage is that you do not have to pay for EAD filing fee but the renewal you do.

If your I-130 filed on your behalf by your deceased mother in 2006, it is not possible for your to take a discretionary relief base humanitarian....

If you have paid your taxes in full i see no relationship to your N-400 naturalization application.
