Sealed or not USCIS wants to see a certified copy. Good question get a certified copy.

Last week my 824 case was denied. I don't understand why they denied my 824 case. Generally, 824 is approved automatically.

More than likely your I-485 was denied and not your I-864! You are accruing unlawful presence. Be careful..
