It could cause a deportable offense and a CIMT. However, if the amount is less than 30 grams then you can apply for a waiver.

For immigration benefits, its way too late. However, some states will allow an adult adoption if the court determines the child has mental disorder..

Of course the school can if they wish. You may also find other employer's who might be interested in you and even pay more.
