Stay put and don't go anywhere unless you withdraw your I-130 based on priority @A classification. Is it possible your husband could apply for N-400?
I-751 is taking too long. Should I wait for approval or file N-400?

Sometimes filing for N-400 will push USCIS to act on your I-751. Talk to an immigration lawyer before doing anything.

The employer is the petitioner and if no employer, no H1B..very clear. However, you have your OPT and you should try to locate another H1-B employer.
