Jeff was my closing attorney in 2020. I never spoke to him until AFTER closing when he needed clarification on a POA signature. He never filed my title insurance application. 5 months later I was sued. In 2022 I ended up losing my property that I renovated after a technical issue that he could have a...dvised me on had he just done his own work instead of his paralegal. In 2021was arrested for trespassing and burglary of my property which later revealed was not my property. In 2024 Luckily another attorney who was court appointed helped me AFTER AN APPEAL to get criminal charges dismissed (ie, found not guilty by a jury trial). Please be aware of his services. Ask him how many law firms that he was asked to leave or been at in the past? Do your research. Lady justice definitely dropped to her knees in prayer.
