Alexis Thomas is the founder of A. Thomas Law Group, LLC. and a certificated Guardian Ad Litem. She is from Birmingham, Alabama and attended Birmingham School of Law. While in law school, Alexis was the recipient of the Birmingham School of Law Minority Scholarship, Service to Women Scholarship Award presented by the Womens Section of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Trial Advocacy Golden Gavel Award. Also while in law school, she served as Vice-President of the Trial Advocacy Team and was a member of the Hugh Locke Honor Society.
Alexis received undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She also has an MBA from Columbia Southern University. Before becoming a lawyer, Alexis had over 17 years of experience in banking and corporate real estate.
