Frank Wilson Myers Sr.

Frank Wilson Myers, Sr. has spent a lifetime in service—as a soldier, a teacher, and a lawyer. A retired Lieutenant Colonel and Alabama attorney with 40 years of legal experience, Wilson focuses his practice on criminal defense. He represents people facing felony and misdemeanor charges, capital murder prosecutions, municipal court matters, probation revocation proceedings, and other criminal cases throughout Central Alabama.

Wilson believes a charge is an accusation, not a conviction. The State has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. His job is to examine and challenge the State’s evidence, protect his client’s rights, and make sure police and prosecutors follow the law. He prepares early, develops a strategy based on the facts and the law, and is willing to stand up and fight when the case requires it.

Over the course of his career, Wilson has been the defense attorney in thousands of criminal matters. He has represented defendants in more than 20 capital murder cases, with no death penalty verdicts. He brings decades of courtroom experience and a straightforward, personal approach to every case.
