Robert Clois Keller

A long-time resident of Birmingham, Alabama, Robb graduated from Erwin High School and then attended the University of Alabama.  He graduated with honors from the University with a Bachelor of Arts in English.  While attending the University as an undergraduate, he also had a short story published inn the Marr's Field Journal.  Thereafter, he attended the University of Alabama School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree.  While attending law school, he served on the Student Judiciary Board and was a student editor for the American Journal of Tax Policy.  He also served on the Moot Court Board.  Robb is licensed to practice law in Alabama and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and serves on the Board for the Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section.  He is also member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.  He has lectured on various bankrutpcy topics to gatherings of bankruptcy attorneys, trustees, and judges.  He has also been named a "Top Attorney" by Birmingham Magazine.  He is also rated AV in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating possible.
