I have a rare and poorly understood condition (myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome) which makes it more challenging to prove disability to a judge. Please, if you have this condition then read the document that is issued by SSA entitled "Providing Medical Evidence for Individuals wit...h Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)." This document lists the inclusionary and exclusionary tests and other criteria that one should have in order to support your disability claim. I had this evidence so it made for a strong case. As far as Aimee, she has experience with this health condition, which is a huge plus, as is the fact that she is licensed to work across the country AND can take your case to the federal level if needed. I found her very easy to work with, greatly appreciated that she did not over promise and underdeliver as I have found most attorneys do, nor did she tell me how difficult my case would be to win like some attorneys did that I interviewed. I have worked with many attorneys across the years in various matters and Aimee is the only one that truly did a great job and was good to her word. I give her my highest recommendation.
