Adam Elliott Tice

As a criminal defense attorney, Adam aids individuals in all levels of criminal law in federal, state, and municipal courts.

Adam’s wills, estates, and probate practice includes administration of estates, contests of wills, trust disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, and adoption. Adam is involved in all levels of estate administration, from small estates to long-term administration engagements. Adam handles disputes and litigation involving challenges and defense of wills, disputes between beneficiaries and trustees of trusts, and other matters.

Adam’s experience as a Certified Public Accountant has allowed him to gain the needed tax experience to assist families in crafting and executing plans for the transfer of their wealth to future generations with minimal tax burden, while planning for special needs and other unique circumstances.
