I practice in the areas of international and domestic asset protection planning; and in the further areas of: international estate planning, selected clients for domestic estate planning; international entity taxation.

My practice involves working with foreign asset management firms; foreign private banks, foreign trust companies and foreign professionals such as lawyers, chartered accountants, etc.  I also work with experienced CPAs with respect to their preparing foriegn tax returns for foreign trusts, foreign LLCs, foreign corporations and other entities.

I have worked in what is referred to as an "offshore" asset protection planniong practice beginning in the latter part of 1991.

I previously was an adjunct professor of law at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Master of Laws in International Taxation program.
