Tiffany Tolliver

Tiffany Tolliver is an associate at Serious Injury Law Group. She focuses on and maintains a diverse practice where she is committed to serving her clients by going above and beyond to meet their litigation needs efficiently and effectively.

Tiffany is a graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law and cum laude graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned Bachelor of Arts in English degree. In 2011, Tiffany earned a Master of Arts in Teaching degree and served as an educator for four years.

Prior to joining the firm, Tiffany was able to gain valuable courtroom experience. She was a member of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) Trial Advocacy Team and served as Director of Membership for the Southern Region of BLSA. Staying true to her desire to help others, Tiffany completed over 90 hours of volunteer work including providing legal and dedicated hours of service to the less fortunate, received the Dean’s Community Service Award, and the Student Pro Bono Award. In addition to the pro bono award, Tiffany received the Order of the Samaritan, which is the highest public service award bestowed by the University of Alabama School of Law. Tiffany also received the Excellence in Service Award that is awarded to the top three students in her class for their commitment to community service. She also worked in the law school’s mediation clinic, where she mediated family law cases. TIffany also participated in the university's study abroad program where she spent eight weeks in Canberra, Australia studying statutory interpretation. 

Growing up in small town Livingston, Alabama, the close-knit community instilled morals, values, and tenacity into Tiffany that she brings into her law career. These experiences have given Tiffany the opportunity to offer her relentless dedication to reaching out to others. Her legal skills are based on serving and pursuing what is utmost important for those she serve.

Away from the office, Tiffany enjoys reading, particularly literary works by Toni Morrison, spending time with family and friends, traveling and has recently vested an interests in DIY projects.
