Zachary Paul Trader

We needed an attorney to handle an auto accident claim. We gave Mr. Trader our information and that was basically it. We could never get in touch with him to find out a status. If you were able to get someone to answer his phone, he was never available or was on another call and would call us back wh...en he got off the phone. We would never hear from him. I called the Slocum Law Firm. And asked to speak with Mr. Trader's Supervisor, of course he was not available either, but I was promised a return call the next week. Never heard from him either. It seems as if your case is not "Big Money" then your case is not pursued. We hired another law firm and by the end of that week, our case had been filed. I would not use this Law Firm, nor would I hire Mr. Trader to represent me. Terrible experience.

Attorney Zachary Trader is a good attorney, extremely helpful and obtains results. Over all the Slocomb law firm experience has been terrific, when i call I always receive and answer they have an extensive customer service team to help when the attorney or the assistant is not available. God forbid... I have another car incident and need this type of assistance again but if I do will not hesitate to contact Attorney Trader. More specifically Attorney Trader assisted me with aspects of the process that he would not be compensated for. He uses his experience and knowledge to assist in every aspect of the process. I am firmly impressed and feel compelled to rate this lawyer he's a really good one.
