Damon specializes in real estate litigation and transactions including eviction and ejectment, title clearance and conveyance, and condominium/HOA law including collections. He is an active, long-time real estate investor and condo owner, which gives him an unique insight into and respect for the needs of clients. We are proud to continue to serve clients of all sizes throughout Alabama as we have for the past 15 years.
He’s licensed to practice in Alabama State Courts, and both the Federal District & Bankruptcy Courts for all Districts of Alabama. He also maintains an inactive, unrestricted license to practice law in Texas for special litigation projects.
