Criminal Defense encompasses many & varied areas of criminal law. I practice statewide in Federal, State & Municipal courts & Administrative Law which often times has a criminal component . Under Criminal Law I include Violent Crimes, Domestic Violence, Litigation, White Collar Crimes, Sex Crimes, Fraud, Theft & any other crimes the govt brings at the Federal, State, County or municipal level. I do not rate these areas on a % basis since it is all criminal defense. I do specialize in DP case

Administrative Law is governed by the Administrative Procedures Act & can be complex as to Board rules & regulations & the Administrative Procedures Act & it encompasses rules of procedure & rules of evidence. Boards are Quasi-legal authorities that can have criminal repercussions on an individual charged by a Board governing a profession or area of work.

Federal criminal law is somewhat specialized in that many local attorneys do not practice in Federal Court.

If a case cannot be resolved with some type of agreement then it will proceed to trial & litigated.
