Melissa represents business and corporate client not only in maintaining their general corporate upkeep, but also in business succession planning and mergers and acquisitions. She has also represented such clients as an advocate in tax disputes, both federal and state. .
Melissa is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law and subsequently obtained her Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) at the University of Alabama's School of Law. While at Cumberland, Melissa was on the Dean's List and was honored as a Scholar of Merit in Business Planning.
