A few years ago, I had a child support case in Alabama and I am from another state. And I needed an attorney. Trey was great, keeping me informed and representing me in court. I'm a soldier stationed overseas formerly married to another soldier here and we have 1 child together. In August 2015, my children's mother sued me through DHR for the child support. I had never been through anything like this before and had 10 days to retain an attorney and file a response. After the case was settled with arrearages assessed and monthly child support amount determined, the Child Support Office made a clerical error in their book keeping for my account.
