A few years ago, I had a child support case in Alabama and I am from another state. And I needed an attorney. Trey was great, keeping me informed and representing me in court. I'm a soldier stationed overseas formerly married to another soldier here and we have 1 child together. In August 2015, my children's mother sued me through DHR for the child support. I had never been through anything like this before and had 10 days to retain an attorney and file a response. After the case was settled with arrearages assessed and monthly child support amount determined, the Child Support Office made a clerical error in their book keeping for my account. Trey Malbrough's office helped me get that straightened out as well. In short, Trey Malbrough has proven the value of his work, has proven his sincerity in taking a personal vested interest in his clients and his client's cases, and has very well earned my confidence. I hired Trey for a dismissal and expungement of Criminal Trespassing. Trey had very reasonable rates - lower than the fees of the other attorneys that I contacted - and he was very competent and assuring on the phone when I first contacted him. Trey had great communication, showed up to all court dat...es, and facilitated every step. My charge was dismissed with community service and expunged. I highly recommend Trey Malbrough and would use him again for other attorney services.
