We represent clients at every level of income tax disputes including audits, assessment, litigation and appeals. We represent both individuals and businesses. We assess each client’s situation and work to achieve the best solution, including installment agreements, offers in compromise, or penalty abatement.

We offer clients knowledge and experience in the defense of Alabama traffic violations and DUI charges. Once retained as your legal counsel, we will answer questions and guide you throughout the process of defending your case. The sooner we take a case, the sooner we can begin to work to resolve your issue.

We represent clients who have been accused of any Alabama or federal crime. We meticulously review each client’s case to determine the validity of criminal charges. We understand that being criminally charged is an emotionally devastating event for our clients, and work to reduce or even dismiss those charges. We negotiate on our client’s behalf with prosecutors to reduce charges or get alternate penalties, such as work-release or community service.
