Biography
Samantha is passionate about representing individuals and standing up to the companies that take advantage of them.
Samantha graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Accounting in 2010. While earning her undergraduate degree she was a member of numerous honor societies including Gamma Beta Phi and the University Honors Program. Samantha went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2013, where her accomplishments included earning the Labor Arbitration Best Paper Award, competing in the Campbell Moot Court Competition, and holding office in the Business Law Society.
After graduating law school, Samantha spent several years working in the Affirmative Action Office of the Jefferson County Commission. She conducted hundreds of investigations into discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims for Jefferson County employees at every level. Her experience with the County inspired her to move into private practice to represent plaintiffs in similar employment law matters.
