Joseph Todd Miner

Mr. Miner practices in the areas of commercial and general civil litigation and appellate practice, and generally represents creditors in the areas of collection, foreclosure and ejectment, and landlords in commercial and residential landlord-tenant law. His representative clients include banks and financial institutions, loan servicers, real estate developers, property management companies, small businesses and individuals.  His civil litigation experience is diverse, having represented clients in state and federal cases involving issues such as contract disputes, tort claims, equitable remedies, real estate, and probate estates.  He has represented mortgagees, third-party purchasers and landlords in matters of ejectment and eviction, and various parties in real property issues, including foreclosure and tax sale redemption and title disputes.  Mr. Miner also represents parties in the preparation and review of lease agreements, sale contracts, mortgages, notes, forbearance agreements, and real estate documents.
