I don’t usually write reviews but I have to in this case. I will start off with I did make mistakes (no doubt), but I also found out my mortgage company was making mistakes as well. Long story short, with out knowing it until the day before, our house was sold at auction! We contacted John and his em...ployee, and followed every step they asked us to step by step. They were very honest and knowledgeable about the whole process. After 10 months we have our house back thanks all to John and his employees. Contact them as soon as you. Are having problems, although they were able to help us fantastically, I do urge you to call them immediately when you are having problems. I cannot thank them enough for our piece of mind and a huge weight lifted off our shoulders!! And a bonus, they were able to get the mortgage company to remove all the bad off our credit report!

I asked for help in regards to a legal issue. I put in hours of work (writing letters, making phone calls, etc...) that the office personnel asked me to do in order to make my case. For a period of time I had no communication (email and didn't return phone calls) with the firm until I sent them an em...ail stating I was going to hire another lawyer. That is when I finally heard from the attorney as he stated he needed some more information, but he never tried to contact or call. After three months of sending emails (they did not want to see me in person) and paperwork I finally had to handle the situation on my own.
