Straight Shooter and Stress Reliever

I had excellent credit and began receiving collection notices and multiple calls from a cable provider about nonpayment to my account. I paid my cable through my monthly HOA fees and explained this multiple times to different reps over the course of several months. When I went to buy a home, they had... reported me to collection damaging my credit rating. I called Randi and she knew exactly what had caused this and wanted to help me straighten it out. But I had already threatened the cable provider with a lawsuit for wrongfully reporting me and they removed it overnight. If it ever happens again, I will pick up the phone first and call Randi instead of spinning my wheels exhausting my energy for months and getting nowhere. She is awesome!

Major stress relief

After receiving a summons to court from a debt collection company in June of 2018, my stress level went through the roof!! I had tried in good faith to settle with this debt collection agency through a debt settlement company I had been paying to settle some credit card debt but the collection agenc...y kept refusing. I was so terrified I would have to go to court. I kept having the feeling that I needed an attorney. I had no idea which attorney was best, so I googled attorneys who deal with this kind of thing. I read reviews on John Watts and watched a few of his videos and was extremely impressed. I'm so glad I chose him. I felt like he was honest and I could trust what he and his staff had to say. The day I talked to John's assistant, Carolyn, my worries began to cease. I had no idea that many of these debt collection agencies have actually bought credit card debt for a little of nothing and most likely did not have a leg to stand on by taking me to court. I am so glad I hired John Watts to handle this case for me. I truly thank you Mr. Watts and I would highly recommend you to others.

Strongly Recommend John Watts

I came home one day from work to find a notice from the local Sheriffs dept. with a case number on it. After calling the number listed and giving the case number I was advised that I was being sued by a debt buyer. This came at a terrible time in my life and left me frantically searching for answers ...about what to do next. I discovered John on Youtube after searching for some time and watched video after video, quickly deciding that I wanted to speak with John asap regarding my case and how to proceed. I want to write this review for John Watts and his staff. This is from my own direct contacts and John Watts and his staff handled my case. I had a problem with a credit reporting agency and how it was handling my records and account. Before I contacted John Watts I was feeling completely lost, ready... to get in my truck and drive away from my life, property, and family. I had been researching my problem and trying to find a solution when I found a link to John Watts for a free consultation on the matter. The staff was very quick to respond, by email and then over the phone and the whole time showed they were interested in getting the details correct and make sure they understood the issue. It’s important to note that John Watts and his staff is not a “stamp of approval” on if you are correct on the issue. You must answer questions, be ready to provide documents and records of the issue and for the case you want him to help you with. Be ready for them to question you on things, facts, and details. It will not be a simple event and they want to know the facts to give you the best advice. Most important is to listen to them as your guide and help for the sake of the case not to make you feel better. It’s important to consider the advice and points that are made. Each contact I had with John Watts and his staff where I had a question and even during conversations about the issue if new questions came out it was quick and most important factual and reasonable responses to the questions. Mr. Watts and his staff consistently not only were ready, willing and able to provide options for my issue and the reasons why. I also received actual case law (per my own want to know why or why not on some points) and that helped me see over and over the path, direction and issues in my case. I learned they know what it takes to win the case and has great people to help guide you in the matters. I am now talking with John Watts and his staff about a major issue I am having with the servicer of my mortgage and have been treated the same.
