Gabrielle Elizabeth Humber

Gabrielle “Gabby” Humber is originally from Alexander City, Alabama. She graduated from Auburn University magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in technical english and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in human development and family studies. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating in the top 20% of her class and scoring in the 98th percentile on the Uniform Bar Exam. While in law school, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Criminal Procedure II and Cybercrime and was an Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Gabby has been at Maxwell & Tillman since August 2020 in the Post Conviction Department and specializes in Rule 32 Petitions, trial transcript review, parole representation, and resentencing petitions.
