Brian Keith Miller

Brian Miller was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned his J.D. law degree from the Birmingham School of Law in 2005. After graduating from law school, Brian had opportunities to join several large law firms, but he chose to join Jack McNamee and form McNamee & Miller because he liked Jack McNamee’s philosophy toward clients. Brian wanted to practice law in an environment where clients were treated with respect and given the personal attention they deserved. And so, the two came together and formed McNamee & Miller. Since joining forces with Jack in 2006, Brian has spent the last 7 years passionately representing individuals maimed or killed due to the wrongful conduct of others. Brian has successfully obtained millions of dollars in judgments and/or settlements for victims across the southeast.

Brian is admitted to practice law through The Alabama Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Alabama Association for Justice.
