Before founding Badham & Buck in December 2007, Brannon Buck was a partner at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. Mr. Buck's civil litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes, class actions, lender liability cases, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Buck has held leadership positions in professional organizations at the national, state and local levels. He is a graduate of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum and the ABA-TIPS National Trial Academy.
Mr. Buck has recently been re-elected by the members of Alabama's 10th Judicial Circuit to serve as a member of the Board of Bar Commissioners. Mr. Buck is also a member of the Alabama State Bar Executive Committee. Mr. Buck has served as the Chairman of the non-profit Alabama Appleseed Center for Law and Justice. He is a member of the Staff Parish Committee at Canterbury United Methodist Church and a Trustee of the University of Alabama Farrah Law Alumni Society.
In 2014 and 2015, Mr. Buck was named one of the "Top Ten" lawyers in Alabama by Super Lawyers magazine. In 2011 he was a recipient of the "Top 40 Under 40" award from the Birmingham Business Journal.
