Andrew Edward Boulter

Andrew Boulter is a business attorney based in Birmingham, Alabama. He he now serves as corporate counsel for a large industrial manufacturer.  Prior to working in-house, his private practice focused on representing local small and medium sized businesses and individual business owners, primarily with business formation, agreements, general legal matters,  and business litigation.  His most active practice areas included Business Formation, General Corporate, Contracts and Agreements, Business Purchases and Sales, and Buisness Torts and Litigation.

Outside of his role as corporate counsel, he is an Advisory Board Member of the Birmingham Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program and a member of the Birmingham Bar's Young Lawyer Section.  He volunteers time with the Volunteer Lawyers Program, which provides low-income individuals with civil representation.
