Servant Law was founded on the principle of “Whoever desires to become a leader among you shall be your servant."Mark 10:43. It was Jesus Christ who spoke these words. He made it clear that since he came to earth not to be served, but to serve, we should follow his example by being servants instead of being served.
I created Servant Law to serve the needs of my clients and community. Our focus at Servant Law is creating an irresistible atmosphere of excellence through which we help our clients navigate through troublesome times and obtain resolutions to legal problems in a manner that reflects the highest levels of legal representation, yet even more importantly reflects our intention to serve our clientele in a tangible way by protecting their integrity.
Outside of practicing law, I am a husband and a father. Family time and serving in the local church are also priorities. I am a lover of music and musician, with the saxophone being my primary instrument. I enjoy writing and arranging music as well as participating in jam sessions with my jazz muscian friends. When I have the opprotunity, I also like to swing the tennis racket.

Look no further than Ed Berry!
Ed helped us out so much during our claim. The insurance company seemed to want to do things their way until I got Ed on board. They changed their tune real quick! Thanks Ed for being awesome at what you do and looking out for me and my family!

The trucking company settled the case for a confidential multi-million dollar amount. We brought in an investment specialist to structure the funds so that the family would be protected financially over the long term.
We filed suit against the hotel for workers’ compensation benefits and against the separate company that cleaned the floors. We settled the cases for a confidential six figure amount.
We obtained policy limits from the negligent driver and policy limits of Grandma’s uninsured motorist coverage. Grandma still works in her garden and makes us sweet potato pies occasionally.
We were able to establish that the worker was still employed with the defendant, but sat in a room all day or walked around the plant talking with other workers. The employer had created a sheltered work environment. The case settled for a six figure sum.
