Yes David Dobson was my appointed by the Judge over my case as my attorney because I’m on disability and can’t afford an attorney. We didn’t make contact with each other until the the day before a hearing that was set for the next day. I called his office and his cell phone and sent him a text messag...e. I’m saying about 3:30pm I received a text from Mr. Dobson that he was sorry but he could not represent me due to a conflict of interest. He wouldn’t respond to what conflict of interest. I went in blind sided and found out Mr. Dobson’s partner was the reason for the conflict, he had been hired by my ex-husband. Welcome New Partnerships !!! Mr.Dobson was not personally to blame for what happened but I can’t help but believe his partner played a big part in it.
