Brandon Charles Neal

I hired Brandon to take my case sometime in 2014 after my divorce, I wanted an increase in child support, a change in tax shares, and change to joint custody to sole custody since my deadbeat of an ex wasn't and STILL isn't doing his part in being a dad. Brandon cared about making himself look good, ...and not the wellbeing of the child or his client. He even threaten jail. You could really tell this man isn't and had never been a father or been that close with children. He's definitely a selfish man who puts himself on a pedestal and shouldn't. The arrogance is strong with this one! I do not recommend ANY mother who is looking for a custody/child support battle to use this man. He's a woman hater!

If I could rate 0, I would..Very unprofessional and disrespectful. He represented my husband against me. He purposely embarrassed me asking why do I have papers if I couldn't read them. My inability to read had nothing to do with the question at hand. He just knew I have a disability and tried using ...it in court which the judge frowned upon. Embarrassing someone is not professional. He is arrogant and makes it clear he thinks he is better than others. Respect is key, everybody has flaws. I do not recommend him as a lawyer. Our case is ongoing since 2018 and we haven't gotten nowhere in Blount cnty. I wouldn't recommend him.

Mr. Neal was hired to handle a personal case for me. He wouldn't answer my calls and sometimes wouldn't get back to me for a couple of days after I tried to reach him. He even left my personal information publicly exposed. Every time I tried to see him he was too busy, but not busy enough to take my ...money, and then not do his job. I was in the dark until right before my first court date. After talking to another attorney I found out what he wasn't doing and decided to drop him as it was looking very poorly for my outcome. Of course - no refunds! I will never use him again and certainly will not recommend him.
