Deed

I hired them to do a clerk’s deed. It took a year! To get anything done. They done it twice and both times it wasn’t right. Not to mention I paid the court house $120 to file it. And I’m still in the same boat I was to start with. Very disappointed and discussed!! Save your money!!!

Liar and thief

He took 1400 to do legal work....never did it. I had to begin pressing criminal charges to get my money back...even then he kept 300 dollars claiming he gave it to my girlfriend. I don't have a girlfriend so I'm now pressing charges a second time. He is a liar and a thief.

Horrific low life of a person, poor excuse for an attorney

Absolutely the worst attorney ever. I hired Josh O'Neal to handle some matters pertaining to my business. He FORGOT to file my documents on time, basically, FORGOT me, and caused a life altering mess. After forgetting to file, he would not speak to me, take my calls or give me an appointment to see h...im. I had to hire another attorney to fix the mess he created as best as she could. Mr. O'Neal never, offered a refund or anything to correct the damage that he caused me. I had planned to file a Mal Practice suit, and was advised by two different attorneys that I had a black & white case, but due to the issues he caused and put me in financially, I could not pay thousands of dollars to hire financial analysts to prove the revenues that was lost, and to handle my case. I would never recommend him, ever.

Horrible Attorney

I hired him for a divorce. he didn't care about me or my child. He never returned calls and neither did his secretary Amy. I would NOT recommend him to represent anyone. I heard he does bankruptcy to but i have a friend that used him and he took forever to file his paperwork.

Poor excuse for a lawyer

We hire Josh to administrate my father‘s estate in October 2016. The first week his office was very attentive until they took the 1500 required for his services. After that, I was constantly needing to call them to find out the status of the estate. It was in our contract which we both signed it t...hey would keep me updated. After nothing was done for months we made an appointment to see him in March 2017. At that time he stated that it was the estate judge (Brown) for Cullman Who is holding up the process. He stated that she did not have a high school diploma and did not like him. Because of that reason she kept rejecting the estate paperwork. In April 2017 the very same judge appointed an administrator for the estate. That was the best thing that could’ve happened. Sarah took care of dad’s past taxes, titles, properties, bank accounts, and personal properties. Sarah advise it several time she tried to contact Josh for pertinent information, and he did not contact her back. I have 20 pages of detailed notes of every phone call I’ve had to call his office, he is the worst attorney ever! We hired him because he did my father’s divorce and Will. That should’ve been our first clue because both were not done with specific information. I urge you not to hire this lawyer. He at the end, win the state was closing contacted the administrator Sarah, to advise that we owed an additional $116. In the original contract that we signed it stated that he would give me notification in writing if more money was required. I never received a notification and only found out about the $116 after it is been paid. Again I would highly suggest not to hire this lawyer.
