Upset parent

Hired Ramona to handle a PFA filed by wife. Had video proof that she is the violent one. Paid Ramona the $5000.00 retainer. She filed for divorce and for PFA to be dropped. Two hearings cancelled. Asked for PFA to be addressed and put hold on divorce. They rarely call or return calls. After $5...000 already spent, NOTHING has been accomplished. Her legal assistant, Kallen, is rude and condescending. Wish I had read more of the reviews on this lawyer before wasting hard earned money. Money wasted!

Clinte

Still feeling the repercussions 3 years later due to lack of representation. Being completely blindsided by the escalating abuse from my spouse, I was forced to dissolve my marriage of 42 years. I was traumatized and heartbroken and desperately in need of help. Long, long story but, suffice it to say..., I had no choice but to put my trust in Ramona to look out for my best interest and, I was sorely disappointed. In a situation where you are trying to process a devastating event, such a divorce, you hire a professional with an understanding of the law to help you navigate unchartered territory in hopes of securing an outcome of maximum benefit to you. Sadly, in the end, I exited the marriage with little the bare minimum of what I was entitled to after being married just over 4 decades. I enter into my retirement years knowing I will struggle financially for the rest of my life because, I had a representative who simply did not push for a settlement that more beneficial to me. I know life isn't fair but, in the end, i got a mere penance of what I now know I was entitled to. The divorce was eventually granted but, I will forever regret that I placed so much trust in Ramona to advocate for me in my most desperate hour and, she failed me terribly. Hopefully, she has a little more experience under her belt now and, could better represent clients in situations such as mine but, I definitely would not recommend her.
