Biography
I am a former state prosecutor with the State Attorney's Office in Palm Beach County. I was the chief of 3 satellite offices and Chief of the Intake Divison, where the cases are filed. I have handled all manner of misdemeanor and felony cases from DUI/DWI to murder cases. I have extensive trial experience having tried over 200 cases including jury trials, bench trials and violations of probation.
I have experience as an expert witness in matters of malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, criminal filing procedures, prosecution procedures and police investigations.
I am a Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator
I'm also an experienced pilot with a multiengine commercial license and instrument rating with nearly 1000 hours of flight time.
I am an aggressive advocate who maintains a small number cases . This means than I am able to devote more time to each client's case ensuring that they receive justice.
