Todd Andrew Kawecki

I've always believed that the more expensive a lawyer is the better his services will be. This couldn't be more false. I was recently in trouble with the law and had begun interviewing lawyers for my case. They all wanted thousands of dollars which was way out of my budget. I was so impressed when Mr.... Kawecki came to see me while I was still in jail and how prepared and knowledgeable he was about my criminal case, but was skeptical since he was the most reasonably priced. I took a gamble and hired him. He is the only reason that I'm here now and able to leave this review. I was looking at a very probable prison sentence followed by a lengthy probation period and was very scared and anxious, as was my family. He stayed in constant contact with them, keeping them calm, and also accepted every single collect call I made from the jail. I called multiple times a day (at $8 a call!) and either him or his wonderful secretary Judy were always there to answer and give me any updates. My case was basically open and shut but he treated it as if it were a career-defining case with a high-profile client. I only ended up staying in jail for less than 2 months and was released on my court date which he also expedited to within a week of our offer for sentencing. He magically turned my prison term into that VERY short stay in the county followed by NO PROBATION. Unbelievable! Even in my best case scenario I would've never imagined that. He is a former prosecutor and is well known and liked by the current local prosecutors. He was able to pull strings and do things for my case that I can't even mention on here. His attitude, patience, aggressiveness, connections and professionalism are SECOND TO NONE. I almost feel as if he undercharged me for the miracle he performed. He is just simply a good, non-judgmental person who is easy to talk to, polite and will put you at ease and go over all possibilities without sugar coating anything. He will not make false promises like many lawyers may do just to get your business. I will be here all day going on about how lucky I was to have met such a professional. I have family court coming up and will obviously be using Todd. He is a gentleman in the street, but A BEAST in the court room. If you are smart enough to at least speak with him before you decide on an attorney, don't let his calm demeanor fool you because behind that is a ravenous pit bull who owns the courtroom!! Do yourself or your loved one a favor and don't wait to call Mr. Todd Kawecki!!

Todd represented me 2 times now and let me just say that I wouldn't trust anyone else. He was on top of my cases, very smart, intelligent, very knowledgeable, and he always let me know what was going on. He was always very honest with me which was really important. I could call him anytime and he wou...ld always answer or get back to me right away. He worked fast and was always productive with his time when it came to my cases. Todd always kept everything very professional and he actually cared, unlike some attorneys. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed if you hire Todd. He's a great honest man!

Todd was recommended to me about a year ago in reference to a case that a dear family member of mine was facing. I was informed of the years he spent working with the district attorney's office and to be quite honest that is what made me give him a second thought; however on our first meeting I began... to feel entirely different to say the least. Although he was extremely polite and informative he seemed so incredibly quiet and almost too polite. I was encouraged by others to just stick with him and that I would not be disappointed. A few months and a few court dates later I got to meet "Todd" the lawyer. The defense attorney at large!!! The man who for so long seemed extremely quiet, withdrawn, and too polite turned into a very polite but unstoppable pit bull. I was watching an entirely different person than the one I had been speaking with for so many months. With reasoning and facts, he brought a 10 to 30 year probable sentence for a non violent crime down to a sentence of less than 2 years. As I left the courtroom in tears of joy; that sweet soft spoken Todd was not far behind me. Never a man of baosting or bragging he saw my complete thankfulness and happiness. On top of the fact that I repeated the words "Thank you" about 20 times as I stood before him in tears. He merely put his arm on my shoulder and let me know that he was happy to be able to help me and my family. It was then that I realized the man who you meet when you hire the attorney is not by any means the man who fights your case for you. I will never be fooled by first impressions again. More recently, another of my loved ones was in need of a defense attorney to clear his good name. I never had to give it a second thought, Todd was the first phone call that we made. Although no one ever wants to need a defense attorney sometimes life just happens and you must have a GREAT defense attorney. Todd Kawecki is that attorney. We are by no means a wealthy family. Todd's retainer was the most reasonable that I had a chance to ever come upon. So I got lucky in that area too. I urge anyone out there who is looking for a great defense attorney to call Todd. He is straight up and he does not sugarcoat anything. He doesn't give hype and he does not make false promises. The years he spent with the district attorney's office have given him a leg up when it comes to defending a client. There aren't enough words to express how completely overwhelmed and impressed that we have been with everything that Todd has accomplished for us. I truly feel that he is anyone's best bet as a defense attorney. Thank you again Todd; because of all the people that read this I do hope that you are one of the first and foremost to read what I was never fortunate enough or been able to say to you. We have used Mr. Kawecki on three different occasions in the past two years. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable in Criminal Law. He was always available, answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly. He handled our cases in an efficient and timely manner. My daughter had many ch...arges against her (26 felony charges at one point) and with thanks to Mr. Kawecki she is not a convicted felon. He went above and beyond with each and every case. Mr. Kawecki handled my case with the up most concern and expedited my case with a great outcome that I was not expecting. He was available for my every call and made me feel at ease at all times. He would answer my questions in a capacity to which I could understand. I would highly recommend Mr. Kaw...ecki for any legal matters. I walked away with only a small court fine and Adjudication withheld. I was fully satisfied with Mr. Kawecki capabilities and his understanding of the legal system. He made a unpleasant situation manageable. I would also like to mention his Secretary, Judy. She was extremely accommodating every step of the way.
