Ross Christian Alagna

I began my career as a prosecutor in the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, in Punta Gorda, FL. From there, I transitioned to  Regional Counsel, working on the conflict cases as a court appointed criminal defense attorney. While I loved my time as a criminal attorney, I wanted to branch out and help people in different ways. I transitioned into Family Law, working two years for a non-profit called Safe Space, where I represented survivors of domestic violence looking to obtain injunction for protection against domestic violence. From there, I worked for a year and a half doing divorce and paternity. 

My goal as an attorney has always been to be the change I want to see in my community. I was born and raised in Martin County, and I strive to leave my city in a better position than I found it. Guardianship is a way to help anyone that is going through a difficult time, whether it be an adverse diagnosis to a loved one, a family member with a developmental disability, or a minor who needs assistance after getting a great amount of money.
