Olivia C. Cummings is the founder of the Law Office of Olivia C. Cummings, L.L.C., a boutique immigration law firm focused on providing strategic, results-driven representation in U.S. immigration matters.

Her practice emphasizes employment-based petitions for high-achieving professionals, including O-1 visas, EB-1 petitions, and National Interest Waivers, as well as select family-based cases that require a higher level of legal analysis and evidentiary development. Mrs. Cummings earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she served as Senior Associate Editor of the Law Review and Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Practical & Clinical Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
