Just received my chapter 7 discharge. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Martin was available to answer my endless questions, often injecting a wry sense of humor which helped to put me at ease. He thoroughly described to me what to expect at my meeting with the trustee, and although I was advised... to answer all questions truthfully, having a pretty good idea of the questions that would be asked also made that experience less stressful. I cannot say enough about this man. So patient, good instincts, good decisions, so personable. Did I mention patient? He put up with my million questions without batting an eye. Hired Martin earlier this year to do a chapter 7. promised to research my case and get it done on time. He showed up late for court and had not idea of the facts of the case.
