His hourly rate is 250.00 an hour which is normal,,,,,,but when he has to step in and defend cases in Okeechobee because the county attorney, John Cassells, has a conflict of interest, which happens very often, he charges 400.00 an hour,,,,,,,do I smell kickback to the Okeechobee attorney ?????
