Rebecca Kelly was SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT ME in a Aggravated battery W/deadly weapon charge. I was the one who got shot twice. The supposed victim signed a affidavit that they refused to testify in the matter, called the state attorneys office and said the same. The state attorneys office said that the...y would send the"supposed" victim paperwork and never did. Then the supposed victim wrote a letter to the judge saying" I was high on pain meds and drinking alcohol, I have no idea what happened that night! I have no recollection of the night WHATSOEVER! Rebecca Kelly left me in the St.Lucie county jail for 7 months without ever letting me see a judge. She TOLD me that I was going to sit in jail and NEVER see a judge until I made a change of plea! (2nd degree ag/batt W/ deadly weapon)15yr sentence! Knowing all the while that I was innocent! Finally, after she told me that I was not going to see a judge until I made a change of plea(after7months), I hired a lawyer that I had to barrow 5,000$ for, I WAS brought up before the judge and was exonerated and released within20 days(that's how long I had to wait for the new attorney to get a court date). Rebecca Kelly intentionally disregarded my rights! I wrote Dimond Litty and tried to fire her, I wrote the judge and the court clerk! All to no avail! If you have Rebecca Kelly for a attorney, U R SCREWED!
