DO NOT HIRE

Been in a bankruptcy for 4 1/2 years and have only spoken to him one time. He has several assistants that have no idea what is going on with your case. They have lost money that I brought into them, they didn't pay my homeowners insurance and it was cancelled, I would not recommend this law firm to a...nyone. I feel like I have done most of the leg work and definitely not them.

Very Dishonest

I 100% ageee with the previous reviews. After Lloyd snatches his retainer, you never hear from him. He has his junior attorney do his dirty work. Asked Judge for a Voluntary Dismissal after I realized my Chapter 13 would not be confirmed. Lloyd knew this and accepted my payments for 5 months..

Good thing I kept on top of things

Oh, I was initially impressed with Mr. Lloyd's intelligence, but unfortunately it ended there. If I had not stayed on top of things, I would've been in deep trouble. His assistant told me wrong information too many times, which could've cost me LOTS of $$'s, and grief. Very stressful due to not bei...ng able to trust their information, which too often was wrong,

Stay Away

I almost lost my house because of him and his assistant. It was like this was the first case they have ever had. I feel as though he is there to see that the demands of the mortgage company are met and not looking out for my best interest.

Need my $874.00 back!

I was at my wits end when I made a appointment with Mr. Llyod to file for bankruptcy. He made everything seem fairly easy, I was hesitatant to sign on the dotted line until I knew what my Chapter 7 monthly payment would be, but I did so. I also cut Mr. lloyd a check for $874.00. He stated that if I d...isagreed with the payment plan that I would not be out my money. I called and left several message with his assistant & him, when I received a large package of a lot of legal mumbo jumbo to sign. I wanted to clarify that by signing this I was not "STUCK" into the payment plan the government would set for me. Initally Mr. Llyod stated it would be a low, affordable payment, then he retracted the statement and advised it would probably be 4 times that!! In no way shape or form could I afford such a payment. I was concerned with layouts at my place of business and was told by his assistant that if I was in fact laid off, that I would still obligated to this payment. I decided not to go ahead with the bankruptcy. Mr. Lloyd did not return my $874.00, he did not step in court one day for me, he did not go in front of an arbitrator for me either. His assistant stated that a lot of work was done, yet he would not return my fee. How do you dispute with an attorney? I feel robbed & helpless. I need this money back! So, basically I'm saying that if you want an $874.00 consultation, he's your man.
