Hello.  I’m Brad Jefferson and I’ve been an injury attorney for over 40 years.  I represented insurance companies until I was too frustrated trying to defeat injury claims on behalf of insurance companies.  I now only represent accident victims and those that have suffered the loss of a loved one.  I’ve had well over 200 jury trials, which include a number of record verdicts on behalf of my clients.  My clients have been awarded damages in excess of $100 million dollars.  I am proud to have been the recipient of many awards from my colleagues.  I am recognized as a Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, the most authoritative attorney reference available.  I have received a lifetime achievement award in my community and I have been asked to lecture and participate in seminars presented to other attorneys.  I receive much of my work from other attorneys who know I will do the best job for their clients.
