Does not Keep you Informed
This office didn't invoice me until after I signed a settlement agreement. The amount I owed just happened to be slightly under the amount of my settlement. Refuses to withdraw in a timely manner.

Replied last August 06, 2018This review is patently false. Cindy was kept completely informed throughout her case via regular email and telephone communications. Her final invoice was not even close to the amount I obtained for her in settlement. She was invoiced after the settlement conference because the case was concluded and a final invoice was generated and dispatched, which is a regular and common practice.
