Life Savers for Cyclists!

Years ago when I went "car free", I saw an advertisement for Wilborn Law (BIKE LAW) and thought it would be a great resource to keep on hand for "just in case". My wife was later struck by a negligent motorist while we were cycling to work on residential streets in 2022. Not knowing what to do or wh...o to contact, we reached out to that Bike Law number... and it was a fantastic decision! Rachael was our point of contact, and as an experienced and knowledgeable cyclist with her own injury history, she knew exactly how to help us. It was such a relief to leave our legal case entirely in the hands of compassionate experts like Rachael and Peter and not have to focus on anything except repairing my wife's physical and emotional well-being. We immediately sensed that they were not "ambulance chasers" but were strongly committed to the rights and protection of fellow cyclists, and that was very important to us.
