Thank you Bike Law!

After my accident 6 people told me to call Rachael at Bike Law, from the first phone call I felt heard and supported and knew that she and Peter would fight for me as if it were their crash. They got me a huge settlement and made me feel like a friend along the way. I hope I never have to call them a...gain but if anyone I know ever needs a bike lawyer there is no team that is better than theirs!

Bike law is the best

Rachael and Bike Law were amazing to work with. They were with me every step of the way and handled my claim in a very professional and thorough way. In the end she got me a much better settlement than I ever thought possible. Do not hesitate to use bike law if you are injured while cycling.

Bike Accident and Settlement

In 2021 I was hit by a car while out on a ride with my wife. Bike Law was highly recommended by other local cyclists and with good reason. I am very thankful that I reached out to Wilborn Law. Rachael was my first contact and it was clear early on that, as a cyclist, she really understood what we w...ere dealing with. Working with Peter and Rachael has been the only easy part of my crash and recovery. This entire group is kind, compassionate and determined. They are cyclists as well with a singular law focus so they really understand the reality of dealing with insurance companies and the emotional toll as well. They maintained strong communication and always kept us informed of the status of the case as well as what the process would be like. I am truly pleased with the settlement outcome and I'm grateful for their professionalism and friendship.

Couldn’t have made a better choice

When I had my bike accident I had the opportunity to hire a friend of a friend at a discounted rate. However, after talking to Peter and his team I could tell there was a difference, and I’m thankful I made the right choice. They took so much time with me to make sure I was okay each step along... the way. I not only felt good about how my case was being handled, but I also felt good about how Peter and his team were fighting for bike advocacy. They took time to explain officers involved in my case the rights of cyclists on the road. They were thorough and tenacious all while being caring and compassionate. Every detail was considered. They always made time for a phone or video call to explained any questions I had along the way. I never would have expected the outcome I had. I’m so thankful to have had the support of Peter and Bike Law after such a stressful time in my life.

Peter's advice was sound, and his understanding of strategy was top-notch. My settlement was fair, and I'm glad I used his services.

"Peter is a leader in the area of personal injury law. There is probably no lawyer anywhere in the country who has thought more about, or been more successful on behalf of, injured cyclists. If I needed a lawyer on a injury claim in his area I would call on Peter. I endorse him without any reservation. Heck, I would send my mom to him if she needed a lawyer."
