Jason Smith refuses to follow simple instructions when asked to write up a custody agreement. Both parties were in agreement on the divorce but he chose to schedule a court date and lie to us about canceling it. He then proceeded to charge for the court date which was supposed to be canceled. Save your money
Doesn't return calls, took the money, and basically ran. No fighting in court, every time you call the office you get an offsite answering service and the calls never get returned. Emails don't get returned. Awaiting his signature for the divorce. Going on a month now.
