We hired Mr. Tinsley to represent my husband on a DUI conviction. Though we had several lawyer consultations, Mr. Tinsley's expertise and honesty made our decision to hire him an easy one. He met with my husband first and since I wasn't able to be present, he spoke with me on the phone and answered a...ll my questions. After arraignment and pre-trials, we ended up having to take the case to trial. After seeing the jury selection, Mr. Tinsley was not confident that we would get a favorable outcome and he was honest about that. We decided to go forward with the trial and he did an amazing job from start to finish. He was able to prove my husband's innocence and the jury delivered a not guilty verdict and my husband's DUI charge was acquitted.
