Migdalia Perez is not only one of the best lawyers around, she is also honest, compassionate, and beyond intelligent. She is the third attorney we hired for a case that had been unresolved since 2019. She did within two weeks what neither attorney could do in 3 yrs! My only regret is god not leadi...ng us to her sooner, because I know had she been retained by us in 2019, this case would have been closed. She saved my husband from a three year prison sentence and was able to get the charges against him dismissed! We moved out of state in 2020 and this case was never resolved until we retained her 11/07/22 and she had it dismissed by 11/21/22. Yes, that’s how quickly she got things resolved. Let's started by saying from the beginning she knew we had our attorney and the case was a complicated one Pérez said this was such an easy case not to worry that should of been my first hint from there everything went down hill. Perez is unprofessional, once we paid she or her assistant never retur...ned our calls, went to the office never available. End of story my significant other ended up doing time thanks to attorney Migdalia Pérez. I was a real customer with my heart and pocket broken thanks to the legal services provided or not.
