I paid her the full attorney fee up-front to complete my mother's Florida probate. I then had to beg her and her staff to complete the paperwork. She filed one of the required documents beyond the required deadline after I reminded them the filing deadline was approaching. It took a couple months ...before the probate was even established. Extremely painful customer service experience during a very stressful time in the life of my family. Pick another attorney. Her team's customer service is awful.
