Exact type of lawyer that gives the profession a bad name!
I felt he didn't have the knowledge or the means to take my auto accident case to trial and thus I was suckered into settling out of court to put money in his pockets more quickly. He was bad about returning my phone calls and when we did speak he was unprofessional.

Replied last April 28, 2015When clients test positive for illegal drugs while treating it makes the case much more difficult to handle. One of my pet peaves is telephone calls. I always return my telephone calls, e-mails and text messages. All the cases where the client wants to go to trial are taken into litigation. Not bad, over 7 years of practicing law and first unhappy client review. May God bless you and help make you happy and content.

not for divorce!
Hired him for divorce procedures, had no idea how to handle final decree. He said he was sorry and then referred me to someone else. Just left me hanging! Do not hire him!

Replied last January 12, 2015That is ABSOLUTELY false. This is why Family Law Counsel require retainers in advance, clients who say they will pay and to trust them and then attack you when you ask for the fees you have earned. No client's are ever referred to another attorney by my firm in family law cases unless they are sent to Legal Aid. Final Judgments are done with no problems all the time. Please take responsibility for your situation in life and keep your undeserved animosity for same to yourself.

Mr. Greschner is very knowledgeable and efficient. He always returned my calls and answered my emails responded usually within 2 hours, often within 1 hour or less
